Strength training for proper posture
The major challenge in today's society is the lifestyle of children. The frequent use of phones and computers leads to significant weakening of the neck and back muscles, which can result in serious deformities (kyphosis, scoliosis, and lordosis), affecting both physical and mental health, and even physical appearance. That's why we've developed a program in which children will participate in full-body strength exercises, with a special focus on the muscles of the neck, back, and shoulders.
The aim of this project is to improve children's health, increase self-confidence, and teach them how to use technological devices, such as phones and computers, without compromising their health.
Through back exercises, we aim to achieve the following for children:
1.Strengthen muscles throughout the body, especially in the shoulders and back.
Reduce pain and fatigue in the back and body caused by weak back muscles.
Develop children's motor skills and improve movement coordination.
Contribute to improved mental health.
Provide training on how to perform exercises at home.
Create a positive social environment among children of different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures.
